This person will report directly to the Registrar and Assistant Registrar. Functions include processing Spanish and English applications, assisting the Registrar in the preparation of transcripts and graduation documents, monitoring and communicating the academic progress of students, communicating with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking National Offices, assisting with transfer of credit evaluations from other institutions and completing degree audits for students, and English and Spanish translation projects. This person must have: Spanish language fluency, both written and spoken; good telephone skills and presence; the ability to work with minimum supervision; strong background in Hispanic culture; and good interpersonal communication skills.
